Our No. 3 Road office has three beautiful classrooms and a child minding space with child minder available for your group to rent. How many people does each room fit?
Each room can fit 20-50 people depending on how it’s set up. We provide chairs and tables, but it’s up to you to set up. Feel free to make an appointment by calling 604.248.0433 for a tour of our place before you book.
Is there Parking?
Luckily for you this amazing location also has free parking available.
Can I bring snacks?
Yes! We have a fully equipped kitchen area for you to book as well.
How much does it cost?
We will get to that, but first, we’d like to say thanks for coming this far to consider us. All your room booking fees are going towards our programming to help newcomers, immigrants, and refugees and to build an inclusive city. Thank you for even considering us.
$25 per hour per room if you’re booking time between Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm*
$50 per hour per room if you’re booking a time outside of our office hours. Anything before 9am or after 5pm and weekends.*
* a cleaning deposit will be applied.
Note: we also have a kitchen that can be rented for an additional fee
