Youth
The Yes (Youth Education Employment and Empowerment) Program is designed to meet the specific needs of youth aged 15 to 25. It is a free program serving immigrant youth who are in need of settlement support.
The program partners Richmond Multicultural Community Services (RMCS) with Mennonite Central Committee, Touchstone Family Association and the City of Richmond. The goal is to train and support young people to overcome language and settlement barriers to education, employment opportunities and to engage them in their community.
This is accomplished through services such as Employment & Educational Counseling, Family & Youth Support, English Language Training and community connectedness through sports, recreation and cultural activities. Call 604-248-0433 or email michelle@rmcs.bc.ca
